1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account or using Prevarra, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Preparedness and organization only
Prevarra is an organizational and preparedness tool only. It is not an emergency service, emergency alert system, first responder, weather authority, evacuation authority, insurer, appraiser, contractor, attorney, medical provider, or substitute for professional advice.
Information, checklists, scores, supply quantities, plans, links, maps, location results, forecasts, notifications, valuations, automated results, and other content may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Prevarra does not monitor your safety, property, weather, evacuation status, or emergency communications.
In an emergency, contact local emergency services and follow current directions from government agencies, weather authorities, first responders, and qualified professionals. Never delay evacuation, emergency action, or professional assistance because of Prevarra.
3. Assumption of risk and no guarantee
Storms, hurricanes, floods, fires, evacuations, power failures, and other emergencies are inherently dangerous. You remain solely responsible for decisions concerning your safety, family, pets, travel, evacuation, supplies, home, and property. Use of Prevarra does not make a person or property storm-ready or safe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks arising from your emergency planning and decisions, including bodily injury, illness, death, evacuation delay, property loss or damage, financial loss, data loss, and inability to access the service. PREVARRA LLC does not guarantee prevention, mitigation, reimbursement, insurance coverage, claim acceptance, recovery, or any particular outcome.
4. Your information and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of information and media you submit, including household details, plans, inventory, serial numbers, photos, and videos. You must have permission to record and upload people, places, and property and must not upload unlawful, infringing, dangerous, or malicious material.
Prevarra is not your sole recordkeeping or backup system. Keep independent, secure copies of critical documents, inventories, emergency contacts, plans, and media. Digital records may not satisfy an insurer, court, government agency, or other third party.
5. Location, weather, links, estimates, and automated tools
Location results depend on your device, permissions, network, and third-party data and may identify the wrong jurisdiction. Weather, shelter, emergency, government, map, and other external information is controlled by third parties and may change without notice. Links do not imply endorsement, and PREVARRA LLC is not responsible for third-party content, availability, conduct, or policies.
Inventory values, marketplace comparisons, recognition results, scores, and recommendations are rough estimates for organization only. They are not appraisals, live quotes, guarantees of resale or replacement cost, proof of ownership, or insurance advice. Verify every important result independently.
6. Subscriptions, plans, and payments
Prevarra offers four paid subscriptions: Individual Monthly ($5.99 per month), Individual Annual ($49.99 per year), Family Monthly ($9.99 per month), and Family Annual ($89.99 per year). Individual plans cover one account. Family plans cover one household administrator plus up to four invited members (five accounts total). Prices are shown at checkout before you are charged.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated price and interval. You may cancel at any time through the billing controls in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access ordinarily continues until then unless otherwise disclosed or required by law. Fees are nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Plan changes follow the timing shown before you confirm: upgrades to a Family plan may take effect immediately with a new charge, while downgrades and interval changes are scheduled for the next renewal and may be canceled before then. If a payment fails, paid features may be suspended until payment succeeds.
We may change subscription prices for future billing periods. If we do, we will provide advance notice as required by law, and you may cancel before the new price applies. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Payments are processed by an independent payment provider. Prevarra does not directly collect or store raw card numbers or CVV codes. Taxes, payment failures, refunds, and provider terms may apply.
7. Family Command Center
A Family subscription is managed by one household administrator, who may invite up to four additional members, for a maximum of five accounts. Invitations are sent to a specific email address, are single-use, and may be revoked before acceptance. Each member signs in with their own account.
The administrator controls household data and settings: creating and editing inventory and shared emergency records, inviting and removing members, and managing the subscription. Invited members have read-only access to emergency information the administrator shares with them and to their own assigned evacuation plan. Members cannot edit household inventory or shared records.
Member profiles may include voluntary information such as phone numbers, medical needs, mobility considerations, and equipment. A member profile is visible only to the administrator and that member. The administrator does not own a member's personal information, and members retain their privacy rights, including the right to request access to or deletion of their own information.
When a member is removed or leaves, that member immediately loses access to the household. Records the administrator assigned to that member become private to the administrator rather than being deleted. When a Family subscription ends or is canceled, invited members lose access to shared household features, and the administrator's household data is retained according to the Privacy Policy.
8. License, ownership, and acceptable use
PREVARRA LLC grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Prevarra for personal household purposes. Prevarra, its design, software, branding, and provided content remain owned by PREVARRA LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant PREVARRA LLC a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service.
You may not misuse the service, bypass access controls, probe security, interfere with operation, automate abusive access, reverse engineer except where law permits, violate another person’s rights, upload malware, impersonate others, or use Prevarra for unlawful activity.
9. Availability, changes, and termination
Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. PREVARRA LLC does not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation or permanent storage. We may restrict or terminate access for violations, risk, legal requirements, nonpayment, or protection of users and the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREVARRA AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” PREVARRA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, AND FITNESS FOR EMERGENCY USE.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREVARRA LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, EVACUATION OR EMERGENCY DECISIONS, LOST DATA, LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO PREVARRA.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREVARRA LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID PREVARRA LLC DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PREVARRA LLC and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your submitted content, misuse of Prevarra, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person’s rights.
13. Disputes and Florida law
Before filing a claim, you agree to provide written notice and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida. You and PREVARRA LLC waive trial by jury to the extent permitted by law.
14. General terms and contact
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement concerning Prevarra. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without consent; PREVARRA LLC may assign it as part of a merger, financing, reorganization, or transfer of the service.
We may update these Terms and will post a new effective date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance. Questions or legal notices may be directed to PREVARRA LLC through the support contact made available inside Prevarra or in its official app-store listing.
